And when I open "stax-build.xml" the 77th line:
what's the problem?

This error implies that the stax username/password being used byt he Stax SDK is incorrect. Please double check your credentials in your USER_HOME/.stax/stax.config file.
Also, please post questions on the forums, not in blog posts because new blog posts do not send out email notifications, which may cause your problems to take longer to get responses.
