Questions about Creating a Remote Client in Railo

We are totally new to Railo but my guys are Coldfusion programmers. I
am trying to get it setup on my linux box for them to develop on. We
have it all installed and running with Tomcat. My programmer is now
trying to connect to the data source I setup. The problem is he is not
coming in local it is remote.

Under Create Remote Client I am having problems with:

Admin Access
Define Access to Remote Client, the Password and the Security Key, the Security key is provided by the Remote Client itself
"Password for the remote Web Administrator"_________________________
Is this the password to login as the root user on the domain account?
