During the last days I've having lots of problems with my application deployed in Stax. The applications was developed using Grails and right now, the application doesn't load. I think the main problem is due to the database but I'm not sure that it's the problem.

Has anybody having the same issues?

Thanks in advance!

There were no known problems with the database systems over the weekend. What kind of issues are you seeing?
My application is http://managert1.frangarcia.staxapps.net/ but now, if you try to visit it, you're not going to be able. The index page shows some data from the database. But if you visit http://managert1.frangarcia.staxapps.net/user/login, which doesn't show any information from the database, it shows without any problem, but if you try to login with the correct data, it doestn't get any response.

Therefore, I'm thinking there is a problem with the database. The main problem is that it doesn't happen always, and sometimes the index page shows without problem.

The application was working right until next week.

Thanks for your help!

The errors you are describing are application-level manifestations, so don't really explain what the underlying problem is. Unfortunately, without more detail about what exactly is failing for you at the platform level (servlet requests, database connections, etc), we won't be able to help diagnose.

Does the app fail in a similar way if you use the remote Stax database from your local Grails environment? You can connect directly to the database from grails using a mysql URL with the connection settings from your Database's info page in the Stax Web Console.
Hi Spike,

yes I know that I don't have many information about the problem. I'm going to try to use the remote database from local development and I'll tell you something new.

But for example, right now it's impossible to visit the application, even when the database is not necessary.
